They were eager to jump in and test new recipes to expand their repertoire. The ability to deftly prepare new dishes with unfamiliar ingredients speaks volumes to their culinary skills. We brought them inspiration ranging from Vikings and Lord of the Rings, to modern Irish and Scottish pastries, to new age fusion cuisine. They helped us make sure all the flavors worked together and rounded out the offerings with rustic New England recipes and personal touches.

​"Heather and Kristin absolutely went above and beyond to make our wedding day fantastic. Early on in the process, they helped us decide on our ideal late summer menu (we were admittedly overwhelmed with choices at first!). From the cocktail hour food and drinks, to the family-style dinner, they made sure everyone was well fed!
They also happened to work with our venue quite often, which was such a tremendous help as the logistics for our day were more complicated. It also ended up being the most humid August weekend, and we know they worked tirelessly to make everything a success despite the weather. We got so many compliments from our guests about how delicious all the food was (Kristin's fresh baked focaccia was a major highlight) and at least ten people asked if they could get Heather's margarita recipe. To quote Sean's aunt, 'It was the best margarita I've ever had, and that's saying a lot because I'm 65 years old and I've had a lot of margaritas'.
